Shipping & Delivery
Higante.com ships to virtually any address in the world. In-stock items are typically shipped within 2 – 4 business days from the time we received your order. Most ground shipped packages are delivered within 5 to 10 business days from the day they are shipped. Packages shipped to addresses outside the U.S. may take longer.
 
Shipping Rates
We charge a single flat fee for each shipment, plus additional, smaller fees for each item in that shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order.

Here is the equation we use to calculate the total shipping cost:

(Highest Applicable Per-Shipment Cost) + (All Per-Item Costs) = Total Shipping Fee

On occasion there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order; we will notify you via email.

Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping are shipped using FedEx Ground Shipping or USPS Priority Mail.

  • 3 to 5 business days
  • Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers
  • Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses
  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. boxes may take longer
  • Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 21 days
  • Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $400

P.O. Boxes:
Items shipped to P.O. Boxes are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. If any items within your order cannot be shipped using USPS, we will contact you and request a physical address for shipping.

Alaska/Hawaii
Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are charged additional shipping fees. These fees are listed at checkout. Promotional shipping offers do not apply to orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

APO/FPO
Items shipped to APO/FPO are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Packages will normally be delivered to the U.S. military post office within 5 to 10 business days from the ship date. The U.S. military post office has control over the shipment and delivery time to the final APO/FPO destination.

U.S. Protectorates and Territories
Items shipped to U.S. Protectorates and Territories are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibilities of the recipient.

International Shipping
International orders are processed via phone or email. Items shipped to international addresses are shipped using USPS Global Priority Mail service or USPS International Air Mail service. Taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibilities of the recipient.

First time customers will be required to send an authorization form for credit card charges and a photo copy of their credit card and any identification.

Returns & Replacements
You may return defective items sold and fulfilled by Higante within seven (7) days of delivery for a refund minus a restocking fee of 15%. Only defective item(s) are allowed for replacement and may only be replaced with the same item(s). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Defective merchandise returned after seven (7) days of receipt shall be assessed a restocking fee of five dollars ($5.00) per unit.

Should an item be returned for replacement and is not found to be defective, Higante shall automatically charge shipping fee incurred from retrieving the item. Purchaser shall have seven (7) working days from the date of receipt to advise Higante of any defect in or damage from shipping and to return the merchandise to Higante for replacement. The customer shall be responsible for the compatibility of his/her equipment with the item/s purchased.

Items that are Not Returnable
Higante.com does not accept returns of the following items:
• Special Order items
• Sale Items
• Any product missing the serial number or UPC
Higante shall incur no liability for any loss of income or other damage on account of any defect in any videograms and other merchandise purchased herein other than to replace such video gram and /or merchandise.

Please note that a Return Merchandise Authorization Number is required for returns. Contact a Higante Customer Service Representative at 1-800-758-9734 should purchaser wish to return a defective item.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Higante processes all payments through a secure hacker tested site for customer security. Higante accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and Paypal.
Pricing and promotions are subject to change at any time.

Paying By Check or Money Order
Higante accepts checks or money orders for purchases. If paying by check, please allow an additional ten to fifteen (10-15) working days for verification of funds. A $25.00 handling charge will be charge to the Purchaser for each returned check.

Please include your order number and daytime telephone number on the check.
