Shipping Information

Shipping & Delivery
Higante Clearance Center ships to virtually any address in the world. In-stock items are typically shipped within 24 - 48 business hours from the time we received your order. Most ground shipped packages are delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the day they are shipped. Packages shipped to addresses outside the U.S. may take longer.

You will be notified by e-mail once your order is shipped.  Orders shipped via USPS First class include a 'DELIVERY CONFIRMATION' number with each package. Orders shipped via Priority Mail or FedEx Ground will include a TRACKING NUMBER with each package. In some instances, there may be unexpected delays. If there is a prolonged delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone.

Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping are shipped using USPS First-Class Mail Parcel, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground Shipping.

• 3 to 5 business days
• Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers
• Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses
• Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. boxes may take longer
• Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 21 days
• Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $400

P.O. Boxes:
Items shipped to P.O. Boxes are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. If any items within your order cannot be shipped using USPS, we will contact you and request a physical address for shipping.

Alaska/Hawaii
Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are charged additional shipping fees. These fees are listed at checkout. Promotional shipping offers do not apply to orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

APO/FPO
Items shipped to APO/FPO are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Packages will normally be delivered to the U.S. military post office within 5 to 10 business days from the ship date. The U.S. military post office has control over the shipment and delivery time to the final APO/FPO destination.

U.S. Protectorates and Territories
Items shipped to U.S. Protectorates and Territories are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibilities of the recipient.

International Shipping
Items shipped to international addresses are shipped using USPS 1st Class Mail or International Priority Mail service depending on the shipping option that you choose. Taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibilities of the recipient.
